Check my post 39636. GOOG has 15 days to supply revenue figures. VRNG has 5 days to calculate THEIR version of damages. GOOG has THEIR 5 days to respond with THEIR version of damages and interest rates. VRNG does NOT respond after GOOG's final 5 days.....

AND, IBH, I still think you are in error about HJMJ accepting VRNG's proposed order. He did not accept VRNG's proposed order about 3.5% of 20.9%. He provided his OWN order, and it stated that percentages were yet to be determined... And if we simply disagree, then we'll disagree and see what happens. I'd buy you beer in LV either way!
