Certainly hope that your reasoning is the reasoning that HJMJ accepts. It seems totally logical to me and I agree with you. But unfortunately, I'm not HJMJ! lol

I think the odds are high he would rule as you suggest considering there are no trial based facts to support the jury's damages award, but..... I WOULD wager high odds that after VRNG calculates their damages off of GOOG's data, that GOOG, will counterargue using the jury's award as the base..... And, unfortunately, I'm no longer going to be surprised if HJMJ's molasses becomes thicker than it already is, and he doesn't provide an ongoing RR until the same time he rules on pre-judgement and post-judgment interest and damages.... We'll see what Monday brings... Why can't this puppy bark clearly?? lol
