Les, not only does NEOM need a buyer, they need to find one that is willing to pay more than $60 million before the common equity is worth anything.

That is a bit of a stretch for a company that generated a $559K operating loss in Q1 2013 and has NEVER in its history generated positive operating income.

I appreciate your optimism but there is nothing in reality that would support a $60+ million buyer stepping forward. My opinion is that with all the exposure to liability (derivative suits, etc) that no buyer would want the NEOM legal entity at any price.
