More than likely something in the works. Either some M/A, new facility, etc. It was stated as general purpose so I honestly doubt it will get used to line exec pockets.

Now that they've gotten into the lime light, they can manage a few things. $40mil isn't much in the scope of things that's correct. I think 4.50 was bottom floor here as underwriters got millions worth there. We all know the one thing underwriters love is appreciation on newly acquired stock purchases.

Oppenheimer and Lazard are not slouches, they know what they own.

I do like this place after it cooled down on NYSE uplisting.
