What's the gamble? If the offering was at like $2 I could see some folks saying huh, but $4.50 and only 9 mil shares is laughable to call dilution. I've see CEO's sell more than that on a Wednesday on other stocks. I don't see a bear case here, only positive growth after getting off the bullish*t OTC exchange and onto the real deal. Folks need to look a year out and weigh the options. I see a very nice reward from these levels. 'Online writers' can write all the ridiculous articles they want, everyone has an opinion hehe.

I'm very bullish here going into next Spring, 9-10 very possible after doing some deep DD.
