Mr. Brumfield said there was an "expectation" to be placing G4's, from the contracts from the 2011 show. There were contracts generated just as the PRESS RELEASE stated. A simple fact. The expectation was to be at year end 2012. The expectation was not met. When expectations are not met, then the timeline moves forward. There are no untruths in the press release, but there was an expectation that did not get met.

The definitions of contracts in the real world may be defined as a SIGNED contract that agree to purchase a G4 when it is available to be delivered with the goods that the contract calls for.

Kinda like the pig farmer saying he is expecting a litter of pigs next week, but next week comes and goes and no piglets. Did the farmer lie? LOL. Does it mean the sow was not PG? Or did the sow deliver her piggy's when the time was ready?
