This is a mere penny stock that obtained an 8.5m commitment letter in January on a well that is in litigation. They then issued a pr on 2/7 that sent the pps up 450%. That made investors very happy if I recall correctly.

Timing is everything in pinky land. Trading pinkys isn't for the faint of heart.
