I received a return call from Richard Smith today. He tells me he is waiting on the attorneys to have everything ready by next Wednesday or Thursday. I am very confident RANF will be Current next week. The first studio they are going after is in Saipan. They are very aware of the October deadline McLaughlin will be dealing with those film festival promotions. They are dabbling with the possibility of preferred shares but nothing official. RS is not something they want. There are other unannounced projects other than mma animals. They were not disclosed. APHD is held up due to a DTC process which may take 6 months.
