When there is reverse split the amount of shares are reduced but the value is increased so the total value of your investment remain the same. Example if you own 1000 shares worth 1$ each your shares are worth 1000$, if there is a 2:1 split now you own 500 shares worth 2$ each so your total is still 500x2=1000$. Every body knows that, so why are you saying they reap off investors with the FS?
