I think financing seems to be the critical point in this situation.

If it was available, no warrants are needed. However one was issued to extend an outstanding obligation. And only for 30 days.

Like I said, not familiar with this stock, but I would think that any news suggesting that the company can't meet the obligation tied to that warrant will have a significant impact on the pps.

However, the warrant in the short term raises investors confidence in the stock.

Remember the confidence Warren Buffet gave investors with his BAC pref warrants.

Now you got me interested. Have to research this over the weekend to see if I will invest on Monday.
