I do know if a warrant would be considered support or resistance.

In this case it was offered to extend an obligation, as opposed to raising capitol.

Not familiar with this particular stock, but the warrant i believe was for 15k shares. Can not see that volume having any direct impact on the stock price.

I guess the bigger question is how important was it for the company and its ongoing operations to extend this debt. That i would think will have a larger impact on the stock price.
