If the bondholders and creditors of Amarant have lost tens of millions, do you really think they'll just walk away?

Medinah shareholders had many chances to take the money and run. Not so Amarant's investors. My guess is they'll pursue any and all potential recovery. And between their unchallenged ownership claims, Medinah's lack of any challenge and reassurances that things were proceeding apace, they will have quite a chance at some success.
