We all take risks as investors. We speculate, we take chances, we assess our own tolerance levels and place are bets accordingly.
That has nothing to do with wildly guessing when news will be released. Investing in VRNG is a personal decision and there's nothing wrong with anyone taking a chance in a stock they believe will go up in the future, but predicting when a PACER document will hit the system doesn't help anyone make money. Wildly guessing when the judge will rule won't make anyone any money.
If you know the direction of the ruling, or the substance of a news item to be released, that would be different. But I don't see specific predictions with specific news. I just see random comments that add nothing to the value of this board.
Yes, I deal with facts and analyze investments - even speculative investments - based on known facts. To ignore facts and just blindly put your money in a stock is moronic. To place your hopes and dreams in the outcome of a magic 8-ball session, that's not investing. That's not even gambling.
