Here's a fact: you predicted VRNG would be $60 by March (link). It's now August and the stock is $3.23.

There are plenty of more "facts" I could check, but after so many wild guesses it becomes rather pointless. There's no fame or money to be gained by making unspecific, repetitive predictions about when news will come or documents will be filed. It's just a waste of time.
