HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 29, 2005--Technology Logistics Systems, Inc (OTCPK:TLOS) is pleased to announce that it will merge with Interactive Business Development, Inc. The merger is anticipated to be completed during the first part of January 2006. Upon completion of the merger, Interactive Business Development will be the surviving company.
