No idea - not saying any of this makes sense, but some strange stuff going on behind the scenes. Even more interesting might be this: Why are parties supposedly just now talking to investors when previously they would not say one. single. word? Nothing has changed. They should be as tight-lipped as they've always been, right?

Not calling into question the report given here today, but its quite strange.
