NEEL was a sham from the start, it was well exposed but vehemently denied. The fact that a CEO is finally willing to admit something which has been known by anyone with their eyes open is hardly a sign of better things to come. Swapping Pollyboy for Cyril was an attempt to blur reality and provide a new smoke screen. Wafr is now and has always been a scam. The latest P&D failed to deceive any 'new' investors. The CFO seems to have abandoned the S-1, which everyone thought was being worked on all these months ,for a form 10!!! Why? The answer is easy, next question is how long will WAFR promoters and associates deny it?
Dog, I find any argument that it does not matter now a bit ridiculous to say the least.
