I agree. I fall into the EDVA camp that the selling is someone(s) trying to time the VRNG announcement and then get back in. Since whoever it is is dumping the stock maybe their hoping to get back in at .12-.13 after the VRNG ruling. That sounds like a good plan but nothing ever seems to work out like that IMO. What if another settlement is announced before the VRNG thing?
