I am not an expert nor in legal business. But after following WAMU and this case for over 5 years, I pick up the idea that attorney would not release any xhit... until it is ok to pr or go public.

Please give us, the share holders in fear, more details on the "secret info".
1. When was that happen?
2. Where?
3. What occasion? Phone call, meeting, just chit chatting with
a very close friend?

I know you are not in position to explain anything. But you have a helping spirit. Why not show this attitude another time?
