In 6 years he has taken land that was for sale for general purposes and proved enough of its mineral holdings to get some significant suitors interested in Joint venturing the property.

Now he has made some mistakes like letting the SOE string him along for 7 months but since February he has been correcting that and looking for new suitors.

Unfortunately this is a slow and tedious process due to the due diligence necessary but I won't be worried for another 12 months and no suitors.

He could easily have a deal in place today that we just don't know about yet. He certainly isn't going to make the same mistakes he made with the SOE.

Time will tell who is right me or you.
