Does "Free Speech" "matter where and with whom she said it"?

Tho "Free Speech" is excludes that which is false and/or misleading or "yelling fire in a crowded...", what other limitations do you think apply...

Hypothetical: Russia has provided support for Iraq... I have 2 close Russian friends, one for & one against the war.... I have expressed my concerns, dissent and/or questions to my dear Russian friends.... Because Russia has supported Iraq, are my rights to free expression therefore limited, when speaking to Russians? Seriously, what limits do you assume apply to free speech?.... Think because it cuts to the heart of our Bill of Rights.... FWIW, our military, and Commander in Chief are sworn to uphold the Constitution. So think before you respond..... :0)
