If MDIN were a target, the share price would be much higher.
Why?
Because the acquiring companies people in the know would be telling their mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, daughters, sons, grandchildren, milkman, mailman, pastors, teachers, dogcatcher, and everyone else they know to start buying this great little company, MDIN, now, because we plan on buying it out for 20 cents a share.
There is neither volume, nor price appreciation to believe there is a serious buyout offer on the table.
It has been said that there are multiple suitors.
WHERE'S THE VOLUME???
I don't buy it.
