The price mevements aren't hard to explain. A year ago there were 80 million shares outstanding. Now there are 223 million as of May and probably at least 50-70 million more as of the end of July. Most of these shares went to Asher who promptly sold them. There is no conspiracy, only an inability to obtain cost effective financing.
