yes, that is why they have not held the meeting yet. How can they send a notice for share holder meeting with no date / exact location? They are such crooks and Guzzler on his twitt site says that he believes in working hard and that he is hiring an Operation manager for his other scam. They can not even run PCFG and want to manage other operations at the same time, it is ridiculous
