Maybe the Feds still consider it a Schedule I drug but that doesn't mean that can't change or won't change.

I beg to differ whether what Uruguay is doing has anything to do with SKTO.

The point of the post was that times are changing and not just on the US State and Federal Level.

Since SKTO's announced the acquisition of Medical Greens SKTO has changed its business model to focus purely in the medical marijuana space.

Since Medical Greens currently provides licensing, management, and logistic services for Medical Marijuana collectives throughout California. That doesn't mean it couldn't eventually go more global if the opportunity presented itself while we work through those issues within the US.

SKTO IS a REAL COMPANY... whether you choose to accept that or not is your choice. SK3 Group, Inc. You may be smarter than most and even smarter than moi but just a reminder in case you forgot... that little "INC." at the end of the name means they are incorporated and therefor an existing business entity...

That said, I believe you are correct. It is a long way away from being fully settled with the Fed. Doesn't mean it can't or won't happen and organizations like SKTO will be standing by to take over and make money just like early brewers, distributors, and financiers after prohibition.

With enough popular support it will change. I believe that a whole country in our Hemisphere (not to mention with the support of the Mexican Government and Brazil)moving toward legalization will have a BIG impact on what happens here in the US and companies like SKTO.
