295,000,000 shares are missing from 2012, can anyone explain that? And they were DUMPED at no less than .008, or $2.36M! Where is this money? Oh that's right, the new snake oil charmer tells the investors to "Disregard the old financials as they were fraudulent" to a point. LMFAO!

Meaning, GDSM ROBBED its investors with BS PR's and Financial Statements to SWINDLE investors out of $2.36M and laugh in their collective faces!
