PHOT did the 150 Mil shares to have 'trading paper' for taking over some small failing companies? Plus that lets their loan company have plenty to play with, at the same time? The management of PHOT also gets to sell for pay? What do we retail investors . . . get a 'dream'?

All the above is standard pink sheet A-OK territory.

It will be interesting to see how PHOT handles the earnings wordage.
Any sales will be amazing stuff. I hope PHOT is not just sitting in their 'stores' waiting for customers. Need to get out of the digs and reach out to potential customers. And, regardless of being repeatedly on some TV online Video promo show that's not getting to your audience of small time and bigger grower/greenhouse users. Handouts at colleges and in front of med MJ store-fronts (as such stores are not selling growing tech). Buy some lists and do a mailing. Go to home garden clubs . . . show your stuff and give a talk and listen to what folks want and need. I have this feeling this kind of stuff is not happening. You cannot sell used cars unless your willing to go out and spot some folks that have smoking, rattling, bad looking cars and either talk to them or put an ad on their windshield (come and see me . . . I have a car for you! I can make the payments fit your need . . . give me a call . . . I take trade-ins!).

I would love to hear how PHOT thinks they will finance/LEASE/rent out grow set-ups with user training and maintenence policies. No one ever follows up with customers and helps them become returning customers and gets word-of-mouth advertising. PHOT hire some folks that can service home greenhouses? Keep your customers happy and returning.
At least print up some free manuals that show how to use your tech.
If you have a question . . . call or stop bye.

Again, PHOT what systems do your have for the cheap growers . . . don't drive away low-income folks as customers! Never let a customer that comes through your doors leave without a free fact sheet about whats needed to have a home greenhouse, that lists a bare bones system and up to more extensive systems, based on skill-level and money cost.

Few of your potential customers will have an extra $1000 to drop on a basic grow system. But they would like to have a grow system. What does that tell you PHOT?
