I really think this will be over on or before wednesday of next week, all signs point to the ruling happening then, i really hope so because i am buying a business and have to sell all my holdings by close on wednesday. It sucks i have held since march of last year and really wanted to hold for the long term. If we run so i can take 45k out then i can leave the rest that is money not stock i own 16k never traded just accumulated and hoping to keep some in for a couple of years. Retired from navy and really need to do something i am so bored. This business is probably a good plan for me and i hope to still go to vegas to meet you all i really do believe this stock touches 12 bucks and pulls back and trades 8.50- 9 range on 5.5 percent. This is identical to biotechs as far as speculation look at how they pop and trade after fda news or pending decision like kerx . I know you all disagree with me but retail is dwindling and we have a stock that will trade at a multiplier of 1-5 because it has won. That should take it higher but that will happen in a month or two after ruling. Big money will wait for the stock to trade in a range and then they will take over. This stock can and will be a 30-45 buck stock in less than two yrs.

I will always watch and throw some stuff out once in awhile. Next pacer i expect will be on tuesday or wednesday. We could see one on friday from apeals court but i think they will take about ten days to decide the leave ruling. Jmo
