As effective as the drug may be, it's not like NanoViricides is anywhere near getting it to the market. It's yet to be tested on humans, and would need to go through three separate phases of testing (which could take years, and millions of dollars) before ready to request a final approval from the FDA.

It's clueless stuff like this, so common in the financial press, that gives us an investing advantage. Do any of these guys ever do more than surface-level research? Have they ever even heard of the new "Breakthrough" designation?
