I would love to know your definition of profitable.

based on the Costco deal they should by now be heading into a situation where they are getting more monthly revenue from sales and recurring support contracts than their direct sales and support costs. but that isn't profitability in my book it is a positive gross margin.

They may also claim cash flow positive but I suspect that isn't happening until later this year.

Have you factored in the increase in expenses due to their new"partnership" with Coventry - if there is anything happening as no one anywhere has seen anything from Coventry about providing a "recommened" medical alarm.

The Chinese connection is interesting but so far can only have added expense (I wonder how many trips Ronnie has made?). Not sure what the Chinese are going to do with a dial up land line based alarm but they have a vision for technology and teh future few in America share.

So how do you think they are profitable?
