MY GUESS is that the seller through VERT (whoever that may be... the same seller that's been here the last 2 days) is short shares and it sitting on the ask to scare people into selling into him on the bid. SHORTY LOOKING TO COVER!

This is the reason VERT is on the bid/ask.
