EMAIL FROM RAY BARTON:

Not necessarily true. MDIN isn't applying to get listed on the OTCBB, they are filing to be RE-listed on the OTCBB, there is a big difference. One requires much documentation and approval, the other requires one form to be filed on Edgar.

Second, I do not think the current lack of interest in MDIN is because of the chill, we did just fine hitting a penny with the chill before. I think the lack of interest has to do with news. No good news in a long time. i'm getting on Nicks case about that and I'm pushing for some releases. Even if they are product related etc. Every time they put out news there is big volume. That volume usually has a negative or minimal effect on the price the day of the news but almost always causes up to a 50% increase in price over the next week. Look at the charts.

Thirdly, We don't know that the DTC isn't going to lift the chill any day now. Nick won't let me tell anyone what has been said by DTCC, and I don't know most of it. He wants to keep info related to the chill off the forums, but there is no indication at all that he has given up on that and he asks me to check every so often so I think it'll still happen. If it happens before we list on OTCBB is the real question.

Fourthly, Once fully reporting, MM's are much more reluctant to break clearance rules. Once fully reporting (audited) we'll move up to OTCQB on OTCMarkets and a lot of the games should stop. Not all but a lot.

It's just my opinion but based on the above I do not think we are stuck in a hole for six months, not at all. Especially once Snorenz hits Walgreens.com, Drugstore.com, and big box retail shelves. That brings big exposure. The chill is only an annoyance in comparison with even just walgreens.com. That's what I think anyway.
