Uplisting depends on when MJNA is fully compliant. From this update you can see that MJNA is working diligently to get this done. When that happens I can not tell you. I personally feel that they have been compliant for well over 16 months however they are going back over three years I believe to correct things and become SEC compliant which when completed would have them eligible immediately. As you can see from the update they had completed requirements for things at one point but were then given more tasks which at the time they were working on.

IMO there is not a set date due to this. However, my best guess is this year.
