Then let me ask you this, if FLPC is sitting on such a hot commodity, why hasn't some other bigger company already bought them out? What am I missing here?

Also, looking at the PPS and where it is, it's quite evident that the future isn't looking so bright to investors, and there is very little speculative buying considering that this company is getting set to produce.

And don't tell me it's because MM's are holding it down. That is the lamest of all excuses why a company stock is not performing well.
If the company is succeeding, then the PPS follows. Period.
