I have a smallish long position started after the predictable first line fiasco. Moved back up quicker than I thought so missed getting more fills. It was clearly oversold at that point. My problem isn't with the downside vs. upside risk. It is the grandiose statements like Pfizer reorganizing their companies future around Bavi, or how pphm can do a PIII on their own, there being secret accumulations by Roche family, the government stepping into prevent one company from having exclusive monopolistic rights to Bavi, BP's keeping Bavi from the marketplace because it will put them out of business - claims like those; and there are many more. So yes I am long and in the money and no I do not believe they have a wonder drug that is a cure for all cancer. I don't think what is said here matters vis a vis share price so I am free to speak my mind. Many investors believe they can impact buying I guess by only saying positive and extreme things with regard to the companies success and prospects. I will say if I did believe things said here effected share price I think those extreme wild claims would have a negative impact as they are so outlandish as to make any prudent investor worry about being involved in a scam. As in, if it sounds to good to be true be cautious with your money.
