He is going to be a convicted felon IMO. Regardless if he pleads down or not. FEDS don't charge unless they know they have a good case. IMO his stock will be worth exponentially more to him if he is on the outside vice the CEO as the FEDS will be on MJNA like crazy if they let him back. As for the other Director's as it has been said numerous times they all own millions of shares and they have leverage to not fall in line.
I really think they have a name lined up and if not there are lots of heavy hitters who state they will take over at up listing.
