CEO probably to be named at up=listing

I just don't see ML getting off. The FEDS have him and I would say he faces a 20 year sentence or something on his charges (someone who knows exactly feel free to correct). So ML has a choice to go to a jury trial or plead down to a lesser charge and get probation or at most limited time.......at any rate Guilty. Writing is on the wall with that one and this case could go on for two years IMO.

So I think a more likely scenario is they have a CEO lined up who says they won't take over until up-listing and MJNA is cleaned up from the Bruce days as well as the ML days.

Seems pretty straight forward to me on this.

Give me a scenario someone as to why they would wake on ML's case to be determined and bring him back. He has shown a lack of integrity to MJNA and it's Directors and they can't have him back. He lied in a radio interview about his situation and that is that. He presence will not be tolerated by shareholders and I certainly don't want deal with the never ending negative comments concerning him if he ever did come back and the BOD knows this about continued legitimacy and moving forward. Saving some money to get him back just does not seem to be a likely scenario.

The new CEO IMO which will be named at or shortly after up-listing will be a heavy hitter in the waiting.

Comments please....educate me if you think my scenario is off a bit.....

So why would MJNA ever really want him back....

Show me a reason why I am w
