The registrant can use this Item to report events that are not specifically called for by Form 8-K, that the registrant considers to be of importance to security holders.



Your quote does not say MUST. While a technicality maybe, I don't believe it is an issue as the press release by the Company never mentioned and delinquency.

The SEC issued a public temporary 10 day suspension which ends tomorrow. Trading resumes Friday.

I believe what the Company stated that the NT-10-K was filed and should be available on http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=RVPLUS&owner=exclude&action=getcompany later today of tomorrow.

I also believe that they will file the 10-K Audited Annual report. I do not believe RVPlus is delinquent in ANY filings.

We will know in hours I guess.
