King Vakser has a long history of pulling reverse splits. What else is left for him now? This POS is about as deep into the trips as it can go. Like the scene in "Goodfellas" once the Mob took over that night club and drove it into bankruptcy, the only thing left was to burn it down and collect the insurance money.

IMO PRPM is headed to 'no bid' well before Vakser has to make good on his promise to all the Artfest shareholders he screwed. IMO he sold his worthless ARTS "assets" to himself for even more PRPM shares or notes. These he probably bartered with his cronies for stakes in their fairy-tale companies.
