I agree that he Completely over compensates himself Salary Wise. But numbers from 2011 go as follows.

Compensation for 2011
Salary $263,667
Bonus $104,000
Total Compensation $367,667

I highly doubt he increased that to 500k, and I doubt he takes another 500k in expenses. Please don't post non factual Financial statements.

For the record I had a stake in this company that I just sold at a loss, as I foresee the stock going lower as well. However, I still think long term this will be a winner, I just but I think the floor is still in question. I sold out so I could buy on a big dip in VPCO, which looks to me like a more viable option currently.

I have been on the fence for a while about the Company as I see suspicious and troubling things (i.e Financials) in the filings, but also see the great potential in the tech and certain facts including, gov't collaboration, and working with people like Gerald R. Baily (Exxon CEO); I can't see how he would involve himself with a fake company, which could ruin his reputation. So I Really dont know what to think right now, but I will look for a new entry point, or maybe try to ride the waves for some short gains.
