Just got off the phone with Jim..we spoke for about 30 min. People can rumor all they want, but facts are facts and the lack there of, from many posters is problematic! Everyone here has access to the same information, the same phone numbers and either you have DD'd or you haven't!
For those that think the funding has fell through and have sold or are thinking about selling...is all I can say to you is OOOPS! You will be kicking the sh** out of yourself later! You couldn't be farther from the truth! How are we looking on the "LOAN"? Well has anyone here ever bought a home? Did you get a loan for that home? Even after all the your paperwork is done and agreements signed, do you see the money for that home right away? NO you don't, that's why there is escrow, title and closing...Takes time to actually fund that "loan" regardless if the deal is complete! Well what I will say is..VHGI is in the same position! We will just say the paperwork is done, the deals have been signed, agreements have been met...Now comes the funding of the actual deal..bottom line, could be tomorrow, it could be 2 weeks from now! Its a small amount of time to wait for something that took so long to complete! Untill the MONEY has landed in Landrees account don't expect a PR, 8K, filings..or anything above...but when it does land...look the hell out! Its inbound!
From my conversation with the company a couple of weeks ago until now...the sediment has changed a great deal, went from very mellotone to a giant change in excitement! What we have been waiting for is right around the corner IMO...
I am buying more!
