We as LONG TIME INVERSTORS need to put the PRESSURE on present CEO to deliver !!! We are failure as investors, since we have not demand DELIVERY on THE PROMISES !!! For NONE of the previous CEOs we stand together......none of them took RESPONSIBILITY to DELIVER and none had REAL BUSINESS PLAN to execute. All of them diverged, lied,or simply hide the business they were in. TIME to CHANGE all of this. If present CEO is unable to produce the business plan to investors and/or propose financing, it is time to LET HIM GO !!!!

WHO is on the BOARD of RLTR ? Who is the CHAIRMAN ? Time to contact them and VOTE the CEO OUT if he does not COMMUNICATE To INVESTORS within A WEEK!!!!
