The Company has will be employing two highly experienced Geologists whom will be very shortly employed by the Company on a full time basis.

The Company’s Management is committed to not increasing the number of shares of the Company’s outstanding Common Stock.
The Company will be substantially adding to its portfolio of Mining Properties through the identified acquisitions of additional Claim Blocks that do not detract from Management’s focus on its initial six portfolio exploration properties.
The Company has identified and is committed to the issue of various financial instruments to fulfill its objectives, including: Corporate Bonds, Classes of shares Preferred Stock (Convertible and Non-Convertible, Voting and Non-Voting), Warrants, Options, Types of Units or Linked Units.
The Company is not, nor has it ever been, a “Shell Company” as defined in the various applicable securities law and regulations.
The Company’s Management would consider a Dual Listing of its shares of Common Stock on the Frankfurt Exchange in Germany which would open the Company to the European markets and their investors.
The Company’s existing and initial portfolio of six Gold & Silver Mining Properties were very carefully selected due to their outstanding characteristics as Exploration Properties coupled with Management’s belief that it can rapidly and inexpensively drill out a “Resource Base”; whilst maintaining the vital “Blue Sky” potential currently being aggressively sought as acquisitions or as Joint Venture opportunities by the Major Global Mining Corporations.
The Company has entered into extensive Stock Trading & Restriction Agreements with Stockholders holding an amount of 105,110,220 shares of the Company’s Common Stock, representing 51.74% of the Company’s outstanding shares of Common Stock.
