There is a chill in place. It does not affect brokers directly. It affects how the shares are transferred. Some brokerages prefer to not deal with paper certs (DTC transfers electronically).

However..... These brokers saying there is NOT a chill confuses the situation.

Looking more into it today.

Paul Riss said there is a chill.

What we've got here...is a failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach...which is the way he wants it, well, HE GETS IT! And I dont like it anymore than you men.
