You are absolutely correct!!! Along with all the other con artists that take advantage of the naive, novice, misled/misinformed and desperate. Not only from pump and dumps but from taking advantage of disasters and taking people's monies to reconstruct properties but end up screwing everyone over. The thing is, that is illegal but taking people's monies from pump and dumps is NOT YET ILLEGAL. It will be and David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster will end up behind bars by the end of next year!!! Time will tell but that's what I have received from my lawyer.
