So where is the proxy statement for the March 06 SHM? Just happens to be my favorite SEC form, and I can't come up with it. 10K says it is incorporated by reference, but it has not been filed that I can find.

Oh, and as to the 2000+ registered owners of shares, I think that does not include those which are held by brokers under Cede, so it is likely many, many thousands more.
