I haven't seen the data about bremelanotide affecting men's BP more than women. From what I've seen, the current subcutaneous administration route doesn't have the same hypertensive effect that it was having before. Clinical trials are now only testing safety and efficacy in women, so if there is a different effect in men, it's kind of a moot point. Also, this will not be approved for men under the current trial protocol.
