How does Block trade get reported?
So......if these trades were done among individuals.....outside of a broker, how and why is the volume reported to our trading platforms?

I have acquired Restricted Shares and had to work with Transfer Agents in the past but never did inter-person ownership transfers via the TA.
I don't believe Transfer Agents report these trades, do they?
