Pipe because we own almost the entire float the only way for them to get shares is if they buy them from us or borrow them to short to make the market. They are always forced to either be a buyer or a seller by law. So if we have the majority of the float locked up and they get orders called into them they have to do whatever they can to get shares. Sometimes they go short in hopes of creating a sell off to get those shares because they need to have those shares to take the price higher. It goes both ways and creates liquidity in the market. When we hold though and they dont get any, the only way they get more is by taking the price higher in hopes that a higher price will bring forth shares to be sold to them.
