Taylorbabe...a quicky...good eyes...the 121 days were from deal doing Aug 30 'til second filing Nov 30.

The second filing is the required registration filing within 121 days.

And to all...this dilution occured already, and was factored in back in August and early September. It's the implied ramifications of the deal that are of note going forward from there.
